E-Business Capabilities Summary
In support of delivery goals of "better, faster, cheaper", Fairfield Technologies Inc. provides our customers with significant "best value" services in e-business marketing, communications, and promotion. FTI’s capabilities and experience in these areas includes:
- Strategic Marketing and Communications Planning - Identify organizational strategic marketing efforts to specific stakeholder segments, in order to increase demand for organizational services
- Marketing and Promotion Action Planning - Develop an action plan to coordinate stakeholder-focused business communication and marketing efforts across multiple office locations, multiple media, and multiple languages
- Complete e-Business Marketing, Communication, and Promotion Activities - Provide comprehensive, life-cycle support for all marketing communications activities for broadcast email, faxing, and voice services, including:
- Graphic design and development of new newsletters, flyers, registration forms, information packages, logos, etc., as well as receiving and incorporating existing customer communications content
- Translate promotional content into multiple languages, as needed
- Contact database creation, update, management, and maintenance, including import of current customer lists in a wide variety of electronic formats
- Create separate printable, email, and voice versions for each campaign, as needed
- Select targeted mailing list from existing database, and send broadcast emails, faxes, and voice mails according to specified schedule
- Perform all response management functions, including performing opt-out functions, and comply with all applicable regulations (e.g. anti-spam laws, etc.)
- Generate, review, analyze, report, and discuss all campaign management statistics (e.g. count and % totals, bounces, replies, opens, forwards, click-throughs, opt-outs, etc.)
- Survey creation, mailing, collection, tabulation, analysis, and reporting
- Research, resolution, and correction of marketing communication recipient problems (e.g. email or fax bounces, etc.)
- Provide dedicated customer technical and administrative support services
- Objective and Quantifiable Program Evaluation - Identify specific response metrics for business communication efforts, and develop an approach for collecting, reviewing, and acting on the business communication metrics gathered very quickly. Provide follow-up audit and evaluation of business program performance to determine the effectiveness of the business actions taken, the metrics collected and tracked, and to identify additional potential areas of improvement
- Website Design, Development, Hosting, and Support - Develop or enhance clients’ web presence to support strategic and operating marketing and promotion decisions made.
