Feedback from the Field

I am currently working on our next generation grid computing software. It is designed to be a drag-n-drop facility with workflow oriented architecture. The user can, within a few minutes, design and run a fairly complex procedure on any number of computers with no programming knowledge. The workflow design that the user creates can also serve as an accurate diagram for the documentation of that business process.

I joined Fairfield Technologies, Inc. (FTI) in March 2006. It has been a pleasant surprise since then. FTI is one of the few small sized companies that are actually engaged in creating tools for scientific computing. I enjoy working for small companies because it allows me to get a greater role in product development. FTI and its President, Ken Fried, have given me that opportunity by letting me run with an idea from conception to deployment.
