"Over the summer I interned with Fairfield technologies as a Human Resources Assistant. I helped build a comprehensive HR portal, assembled benefits packages, facilitated new hire orientations, and learned about HR policies and procedures, amongst other opportunities. FTI definitely gave me hands-on experience – I never once had to get coffee or water the plants. I loved the fact that I made a real contribution that was appreciated and rewarded."
