Education is a life-long journey, and FTI considers continuing education a crucial part of our employees’ professional development.

We offer numerous training and career development programs and strongly support our employees in achieving their individual educational and professional goals.

Some of the professional development programs we offer are:

• Individual Career Planning - We collaborate to create a detailed development plan tailored to each individual employee, including review cycles and milestone evaluations.
  
  
• Flexible Staffing Roles - We assign challenging client and project work designed to encourage “out-of-the-box” thinking and often diverging from traditional staffing assignments.
  
  
• Cross-discipline Training - In addition to internal technical requirements, each employee participates in at least one Center of Expertise (COE) within FTI, reinforcing existing skills and introducing new skills.
  
  
• Vendor Training - Where appropriate, we offer training provided by other vendors to augment our own internal training.
