Human Resources Manager

Miss Lockhart joined FTI with a focus in Generalist responsibilities including compensation, policy and procedure development, and recruiting strategy for the firm as it relates to branding, selection, process, metrics, and vendor relations.

Prior to joining FTI, Miss Lockhart served as a successful recruiting consultant for several large and small integrators and Federal Agencies. In addition, she worked as a Workforce Development professional for the Welfare to Work program in Montgomery County, receiving many accolades for hosting Job Fairs, guest-speaking events and networking socials that successfully led to employment for program participants.

Miss Lockhart holds a BS in Communications and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.

She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society for Training Development, a participant in Project SAVE, and a member of the Maryland Workforce Development Association.
