Training and Development
On-line and instructor led courses are offered to help employees learn new skills and progress toward improving their careers. Training courses are developed to aid in filling in skill gaps and provide performance improvement solutions that work for new and advanced employees.
Educational Assistance
Tuition reimbursement is offered for eligible employees to further their education. Qualified employees taking job-related courses or seeking degrees are assisted in payment for education. A variety of options are offered such as undergraduate and graduate courses taken at colleges or universities, professional associations, business or trade schools.
Certification
FTI encourages employees to seek professional certifications to aid in furthering their careers as well as enhancing their skills to improve job performance. FTI provides training to support employee certification.
