As of February 2009, Fairfield Technologies Inc. is an independently appraised CMMI Level 3 company. FTI’s appraisal covered our entire company, certifying FTI performance in Project Management, Engineering, Process Management, and Support in 17 separate areas for all active and recent FTI programs. Our Software Development Methodology (SDM) and related documentation is entirely compliant with all CMMI practice areas as defined by the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie-Mellon University. FTI’s SDM provides the baseline practices for life cycle development projects and is supported by extensions to the SDM for IV&V, supply management, and program management.
